We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Dispatch Knives. If something isn’t right, our support team is here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: All returns must be approved before sending items back. Please contact us first.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders begin processing shortly after being placed
- Changes or cancellations must be requested before the order is shipped
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled
If you no longer wish to keep the item after it has been delivered, you may return it following our return policy.
We recommend contacting us immediately for the best chance of updating your order.
